
Nikos Koulakiotis studied Byzantine painting and graphic arts.
He taught painting and drawing at the public Cultural Institute of Thessaloniki from 1998 to 2006.
He worked at the State Theater of Northern Greece in the stage design department with the most important stage designers of the country.
He has worked on book illustrations and product labels.
He is a member of EETE, the Greek Chamber of Visual Arts as well as the Organisation for Intellectual Rights of Visual Arts.
His works exist in Greece as well as abroad.
He has taught at the People’s University which is based in the KALAMARI-Adamantiou Korai model schools.
In recent years, he has been engaged in commissioning paintings, as well as writing his study book on the adventure of painting through the ages.
